A Conversation about Professional Learning with BC Education Organization Partners and the Learning Forward BC Board

This session will be an oppotunity to meet with   BCTF President Carol  Gordon  along with  representatives from the Indegenous communities, parents, students  and other key  BC  Education  organizations as they address the following questions that represent  their priorities on Learning and Leading  in Professional Learning

Moderated by Gordon Li,  BCSTA Director of Education Services
Each panel member will share their perspectives on the folllowing key questions:

What  are the critical issues that drive Professional Learning for your members? 

How will might they affect student learning?

How will these priorities support student success

What are your successes and challenges?

In October 2024 Session 1. Rohan Arul-pragasam, President, BCSSA;Alan Rice, President, BCASBO,Shannon Behan, President, BCPVPA, and Carolyn Broady, President, BCSTA discussed these provided a highly informative and  interactive  session.  Session 2 will  continue to add to this provincial Perspective as our Provincial  Education leaders share their practice and support for their members and the learners they serve.
