 As the new school year begins, it is our privilege to welcome you to Learning Forward BC, an educators’ network providing quality professional learning. As an attendee at our events you become part of a cohort of individuals engaged in exploring innovative ways to enhance student learning.
We hope that you have benefitted from shared experiences and resources, and will join us in future endeavours.

 

Conversations that Matter

Indigenous education belongs to everyone. Denise Augustine, Superintendent of Indigenous Education uses story to bring the work of reconciliation to life. Rich conversations will provide an opportunity for classroom, school and district leaders to consider how they continue with their personal and professional journey with the work of Indigenous education

School and District Groups are encouraged to gather in a common room, have dinner and  take the time to socialize and engage in this important conversation. Individual  participants will be in discussion groups with time for a snacks, and  time to socialize and engage in this important conversation.
