Teachers engaging and guiding students in order to develop a passion for learning, teachers tapping their own interests to inspire students, and work with other teachers to create a cohort of common interests in a school or district, is the essence of this work. Creating schools and districts that explore innovative ways to support those who ignite and sustain an enthusiasm for learning, is at the heart of student and adult engagement in learning.
