Education leaders will gather in St. Louis, December 7-11, 2019, to share professional learning expertise focused on creating and sustaining equity and excellence in teaching and learning every day.
The conference promises to engage participants in timely and impactful learning. We received proposals for over 800 concurrent sessions, and have accepted approximately 300. Topics for distinguished lectures and preconference sessions include learning teams/PLCs, design thinking, trauma informed practices and resilience, learner-focused feedback, social justice teaching, presentation and facilitation skills, teacher and student well-being, equitable practices in literacy and mathematics, instructional coaching, empowering global citizens.
Learning will be facilitated by education leaders including Zaretta Hammond, Joellen Killion, Tom Guskey, Doug Reeves, Courtlandt Butts, Jim Knight, Crystal Gonzales, Jill Harrison-Berg, Fernando Reimers, EdReports, Taylor Mali, Matthew Kay, Sarah Nadiv, Andy Hargreaves and Doug Shirley, and many more.
