We are writing to invite you to attend Learning Forward’s Annual Conference this December 1-5 (2018 in Dallas. Learning Forward is the only organization whose sole focus is on improving professional learning for educators so that all student experience great teaching and learning every day.
The Learning Forward Annual Conference is a premier learning opportunity to featuring leading researchers, technical assistance providers, and school system practitioners. There are three general sessions showcasing three internationally recognized keynote speakers, ten-thought leader distinguished lectures, and over 300 concurrent sessions. These sessions focus on critical topics including supporting new teachers and principals, closing achievement gaps, research-based teaching for math, science, language arts and ELLs, continuous improvement and collective impact, implementing culturally relevant practices in schools, developing school leaders, social-emotional learning, and more.
Each year we consistently hear from our attendees about the direct impact of the conference experience on their practice and the students they serve. We anticipate more than 3,000 educators will join us in Dallas and hope to have you among them. Speaking of great leaders, we just learned that Former First Lady Laura Bush will bring remarks at our opening general session on Monday.
